02: The Working Man

The Working Man.
Wakes up each day at the same time.
How early or how late depends on the kind of work he has.
Each day he starts the same routine,
The same routine as the previous days.
Gets up from bed, prepares breakfast,
Eats breakfast, go to the john, take a shower.
Brushes his teeth, puts on his work clothes
And departs for work.

At work is all the same routine again.
Same exciting, bustling activity at first,
Then gradually turning into a kind of mundane
And boring activity. Same old kind of movements.
Stressing and tiring the working man.
Albeit stressed and exhausted,
Still the working man has to work.
Or else no bread and butter for the days to come.
So goes the working man, working long hours.
Albeit the exhaustion, stress and boredom;
Still has to bust his soul for bread and butter.

After a day's work,
Same old routine for the working man.
Go home, prepares dinner, take a shower,
Brushes his teeth, and change to pyjamas.
Knowing that the next day offers the same routine as yesterday.
The Working Man goes to sleep,
Hoping a miracle would happen by the time he wakes the next day.
The working man's routine, same cycle as always.
Hail to The Working Man.
