Am I crossing the line?
Am I overstepping the boundaries?
Between friendship and beyond?
Prematurely?
Please tell me -
Enlighten me -
Shed light on the darkened path -
Towards you.
So I wouldn't trip and stumble on some potholes -
And get lost on my way to you.

84: PACIFIST A COWARD
Dodging fights most of his life -
For him is a feat to be proud of.
Patience and self-control are his weapons,
Which he quite adeptly wields.
Some call him a coward though -
Not to face his bullies head on.
Chicken they call him behind his back -
Mocking him every time.
For he is a big man -
To fight is to be expected of him;
Yet the pacifist in him prevails.
Though deep inside him -
O' how he long he could fight back.
Praying to the God of fighting -
To teach him how to fight.
But the God of fighting -
Seems impervious to his prayers.
For until now he hasn't been -
Thought how to fight by the -
God of Fighting.
Pacifist a coward?
I don't think so.
83: HE WITH NO PRACTICAL SKILL
He with no practical skill -
Can't do a lot of things.
Carpentry he can't do -
Fix car engines he can't do -
To wield metal straps together -
He can't do -
Fix electronic gadgets he can't do -
Construction he can't do -
He can't do a lot of things
But - as God is his witness -
He can work - and he's willing -
To.
Can't do a lot of things.
Carpentry he can't do -
Fix car engines he can't do -
To wield metal straps together -
He can't do -
Fix electronic gadgets he can't do -
Construction he can't do -
He can't do a lot of things
But - as God is his witness -
He can work - and he's willing -
To.

82: O' GRANNY MY GRANNY
O' Granny my Granny!
Where had you gone?
I'd been missing you so much.
Since you departed -
Four winters ago.
Reminiscing the times -
When we were together.
Has been a habit of mine -
Since you departed.
O' how I long the days -
When you were still with us;
Warm, happy and full of life.
Those days were some of the best -
Years in my lowly existence here on earth.
I should have done more for you.
O' Granny my Granny!
This my biggest regret -
For not having done so,
While you were still with us.
O' Granny my Granny!
How I wish I could turn back time -
To be with you again.
To spend more quality time with you.
How painful it is to think -
That when Death has come and reaped out -
The life - That's when we just come to our senses;
To should have done more while someone was still -
Warm - and - Breathing.
O' Granny my Granny!
If ever I survive the coming wrath of Jah
And come to see you again face to face -
In the flesh together with Gramps.
I just hope you would be as glad to see me -
As I would be glad seeing you.
O' Granny my Granny!
To your legacy I shall pour,
The love and care that I haven't -
Had the chance to show you.
For you were taken untimely from us -
By man's unbeatable foe.
This I swear and hope -
I would find comfort knowing that -
I would be taking care the one you were so worried -
In leaving behind.
O' Granny my Granny!
I just wish you are still here -
With us today.
(A poem dedicated to our late grandmother Mrs. Delfina C. Hamada. Died exactly four years today)

81: I STARE AT THEE
I stare at thee --
I am mesmerized by thee.
You make my heart jump --
With glee.
I am mesmerized by thee.
You make my heart jump --
With glee.

80: THE LADY IN ORANGE
The lady in orange,
Has such a mysterious smile.
So infectious and beautiful.
I can't help but to smile,
While I'm staring at her.
A simple yet - compelling -
Beauty.
Has such a mysterious smile.
So infectious and beautiful.
I can't help but to smile,
While I'm staring at her.
A simple yet - compelling -
Beauty.

79: WE ARE WHAT WE ARE
We are workers
We are laborers
We work so hard
We work till night or day
We work till we can -
Work no more
